Synopsis
The crew lands on a planet divided by generations of clan war. After experiencing strange hallucinations, Aeryn is subliminally coerced into assassinating a clan leader. When Crichton also starts having hallucinations, they must uncover the planet's political machinations in order to prevent more killings. [DVD]

Filler Quotient: 3, bad filler, totally skippable.
- No significant exposition, events, or consequences. And a lame episode on top of that.

Problems
None

Factoids
None

Remarkable Scenes
- Falaak regarding Aeryn: "Seems a bit moody." John: "Man you should have met her mother."
- John imitating Scotty from Star Trek.
- Aeryn revealing that she has no memory of the assassinations.
- John realizing he was programmed to be the next assassin.
- The bugs programming John and Aeryn to assassinate each other.

My Review
A terribly slow paced episode on alien planet of the week in which our heroes become embroiled in their screwed up politics. As if the dimly executed unoriginal plot wasn't bad enough, add to that almost nothing happens in the entire first half of the episode because the story simply replays the events of the teaser but with more detail. Lame.

Problem: This John never met Aeryn's mother either. Sure he has probably heard the stories, but Talyn's Chrichton was the one that interacted with Aeryn's mother.

The priest animatronics and usage were more distracting than some of the gaffs with Rygel over the series.

Filler episode with bad story, no consequences, no main arch and only a teeny bit of character progression (John and Chianna). Also did not care for the way the story was told (showing us bits and pieces of various conversations and scenes in the beginning than elaborating on them later). I gave the episode a three (3) and one of those points were for Claudia Black's facial expressions during the flash back scenes they really sold the confusion Aeryn must have been feeling.
