Remember that bold claim Glen A. Larson made at the latest convention he was at? That he owned the theatrical rights to "Battlestar Galactica?" That he was forging full steam ahead to make a continuation movie of "Galactica" that will be making its way to our theaters very soon? "Making its way to our theaters very soon" is a favorite expression of Glen A. Larson. According to eyewitnesses at this convention, it is a phrase that Glen A. Larson likes to say the most after he has been siiting at a bar for a good 45 minutes. How long has it been since Glen A. Larson made this latest claim? A good two months? After two months, do you think "Variety" magazine would have picked up on some scrap of information by now regarding Larson's production? How about "Cinescape" on-line, or "Dark Horizons", or even Koenigrule's laughing stock of a website, www.Galactica2003.net?
Glen A. Larson should be the elderly poster boy for inactivity, laziness, and self inflicted immobility caused by a life time diet of junk food and siiting at the bar one too many times. This man doesn't do anything!! When was the last time Glen A. Larson did something? 1982? What does this man live on? The residual payments from "Manimal" and "Automan" should have dried up long before now. Sci-Fi Channel personally saw to it that "Manimal" and "Automan" would never develop a next generation fan following caused by infrequent scheduling, hacking the episodes to death for commercial breaks, not showing all of the episodes, and making fun of the episodes with Bonnie Hammer's "Smart Ass - Pop Up Comments" during each episode. So, what the hell is Glen A. Larson living on? Tree bark? Mud? The man has to eat something, and lord knows that when Glen A. Larson has the opportunity to eat, HE EATS!!
According to Glen A. Larson, he owns the theatrical rights to "Battlestar Galactica." Well, O.K. So go out and film something, YOU LAZY SWINE!! Exercise your God given right to make money off of something you own, and get off your LAZY BUTT and do something!!
One of the truly ECCENTRIC and interesting things about the people who own "Battlestar Galactica" in its various components, is that they either do the WRONG THING with the property, or NOT DO ANYTHING AT ALL. We have Universal/Sci-Fi Channel doing the WRONG THING with what they own of the property, and Glen A. Larson NOT DOING ANYTHING with what (he claims) he owns. It doesn't matter. Either way, Universal/Sci-Fi Channel and Glen A. Larson have both said "No" (via their poor decisions) to not make as much money as they could with this property. And what they could really make with this property (IF THEY KNEW HOW THE HELL TO MANAGE IT) could be considerable dollars, in the hundreds of millions.
Mentally, Glen A. Larson never left that bar he was sitting at, at his last convention appearance. Mentally, he is still downing "Jack & Sevens", "Rum & Cokes", "Martinis", and anything else.

HE IS STILL SITTING ON HIS RUMP, NOT DOING ANYTHING.

Glen A. Larson Is Still Sitting At The Bar
No continuation production.....No nothing.......BUT!!
.....Glen A. Larson has put on more weight!!
