Life could be this beautiful without NBC-TV in it.

Bad business decisions are not unknown to Universal Studios/Sci-Fi Channel. This is why, out of all of the movie studios operating in Hollywood today, Universal Studios has the most RUTHLESSLY AGGRESSIVE, on-line marketing campaign in history. How else are they going to defend Bonnie Hammer's reputation? How else are they going to prevent Bonnie Hammer from getting fired? How else are they going to cover up the fact that Ronald D. Moore's production was the WORST BUSINESS DECISION they ever made?
Universal Studios/Sci-Fi Channel has been in a FRAGILE POSITION ever since they greenlit Ronald D. Moore's "CRAP FEST." They have a production that no one particularly wants to see. They have a production that could only be categorized (at the most) as "moderately tolerable" by someone in a charitable mood. Less than five hours before Ronald D. Moore's "CRAP FEST" premieres, Universal/Sci-Fi Channel STILL HASN'T FOUND AN AUDIENCE FOR RONALD D. MOORE. Oh, they tried!! Universal executives combed shopping malls across the country trying to talk people into watching Ron Moore's CRAP FEST. They RIGGED www.Scifi.com/Scifiwire to GIVE THE IMPRESSION that Ron Moore's production was a ratings smash despite WHAT REALLY HAPPENED IN THE RATINGS. Universal turned the www.Scifi.com "Galactica" board into a HEAVILY MODERATED GARBAGE DUMP of one sided, UNREALISTIC and favorable opinions of Ronald D. Moore. Hell, I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Universal Studios/Sci-Fi Channel was also MANAGING www.Ragnaranchorage.tk, www.Galactica2003.net, as well as www.Stallioncornell.com/board. I think the dead giveaway of Stallion_Cornell being employed by Universal Studios, is his UTMOST CONCERN for the box office performance (of that stupid ass movie) "Meet The Fockers", as well as his daily orgasms over how the mini series may or may not be performing at www.Amazon.com.
Sadly, NEGATIVE MARKETING has saved many careers at Universal Studios/Sci-Fi Channel. In this particular case, we can categorize NEGATIVE MARKETING as anything Universal Studios/Sci-Fi Channel does (over the Internet) to CREATE A FALSE IMPRESSION (of success) about one of their productions that is in fact, NOT DOING WELL. This in fact, applies to Ronald D. Moore's "CRAPPY STAR: GALACTICA" production. It DIDN'T DO WELL in the ratings when the mini series was first broadcast on Sci-Fi Channel in December 2003. The 13 episode series DIDN'T DO WELL when it was broadcast in England (one of the reasons for the American SATURATION PUBLICITY CAMPAIGN) due to it being beat by the "SIMPSONS." Though the mini series may be selling well at Amazon.com, the Amazon.com sales rank does not fit in with the regular DVD, national sales ranking which doesn't even put the mini series DVD in the top 30.
When Universal Studios/Sci-Fi Channel is engaged in one their NEGATIVE MARKETING CAMPAIGNS, there is no depth in anti-ethical behavior that they would be unwilling to sink to. They'll SPIN DOCTOR RATINGS, MANUFACTURE PRESS RELEASES WITH FALSE CLAIMS OF SUCCESS, try and FORCE THE PUBLIC to watch the Ron Moore production, a production the public REALLY DOESN'T WANT TO WATCH. All of this DECEPTION, simply to COVER UP A BAD BUSINESS DECISION THEY KNOW THEY MADE, but they DON'T WANT TO ADMIT TO. Because if they did admit to it, "certain people" within their ranks would begin GETTING FIRED. And believe me, BONNIE HAMMER AND RONALD D. MOORE WOULD BE THE FIRST TWO TO GO.
This is the first time that Universal Studios/Sci-Fi Channel took NEGATIVE MARKETING to SUCH EXTREMES. I mean, sending executives to SHOPPING MALLS to pester people to try and FORCE THEM to watch a tv show THEY REALLY DON'T WANT TO WATCH?? If Universal executives have reached that point in their careers, THEY ARE IN THE WRONG PROFESSION. I mean, if they make a tv show that the public DIDN'T WANT TO WATCH in the first place, and then they go "pounding the pavement" in SHOPPING MALLS to try and persuade the public to watch something that THEY STILL DON'T WANT TO WATCH, it's time for Universal Studios executives to take HONEST stock of themselves and simply admit that THEY ARE IN THE WRONG PROFESSION.
I HAVE A MUCH MORE PRACTICAL SOLUTION FOR DEALING WITH THE BAD BUSINESS DECISIONS THAT UNIVERSAL EXECUTIVES FREQUENTLY MAKE:
FIRE THE UNIVERSAL STUDIOS EXECUTIVES WHO MAKE THESE DECISIONS
