Life could be this beautiful without NBC-TV in it.

'Sci-Fi Friday' Line-up Loses Even More Momentum
New York, NY (February 1, 2005) - 'Sci-Fi Friday,' the lowest ratings night of Sci-Fi on television, continues to barely make a blip over the cable airwaves. On January 28, Sci-Fi Channel took the #260 spot for the third consecutive Friday night (8-11pm) among P25-54, and M25-54. SCI FI also had the LOWEST 3 programs of the day in cable for M25-54: 'Battlestar Galactica' (119,000), 'Stargate: Atlantis' (110,000), and 'Stargate: SG1' (85,000).
The old and decaying 'SCI FI FRIDAY' gives SCI FI, for the first time in its history, three original series averaging an embarrassing combined rating of 0.000001, with less than 87,000 viewers on average combined.
Following is a breakdown of the night:
8pm 'STARGATE: SG1' Plummeted by the appearance of special guest star Claudia Black ('Farscape'), 'SG-1' was slaughtered by UPN's 'Star Trek Enterprise' in head to head competition, with less viewers P2-, less M25-54, and less P25-54. 'SG-1' delivered:
0.1 HH rating 125,000 P2+ 110,000 P25-54 90,000 P18-49
Versus its January 21 premiere, SG-1 is down -67% in HH ratings, -34% in P2+, -83% in P25-54, and -29% in P18-49.
9pm 'STARGATE: ATLANTIS' in head to head competition, 'Stargate: Atlantis' delivered less M25-54 than Fox's 'Jonny Zero.'
0.01 HH rating 123,000 P2+ 98,000 P25-54 50,000 P18-49
Versus its January 21 premiere, 'Atlantis' is down -47% in HH ratings and -52% in P25-54.
10pm 'BATTLESTAR GALACTICA' under performed all but two primetime entertainment programs on the broadcast nets amongst M25-54.
0.001 HH rating 96,000 P2+ 89,000 P25-54 30,000 P18-49
Versus its January 21 rating, 'Battlestar' is down -88% in HH ratings, -65% in P2, and -27% in P25-54.
SCI FI CHANNEL is a television network where 'What if" is "What's Not On." SCI FI stifles the imagination of viewers with highly derivative series and non-events, lackluster movies from the USA film vaults, as well as classic science fiction television series that you can just purchase on DVD anyway (so why watch us?), as well as our SPIN DOCTORING website www.Scifi.com, and our 'National Enquirer' news service www.Scifi.com/Scifiwire. Launched in 1992 and currently in 5000 homes, SCI FI CHANNEL is a network of NBC-Universal, one of the world's most poorly managed and embarrassing media conglomerates in entertainment history.
