Stack em' up high, Universal/Sci-Fi Channel!! Pile as many political agendas on top of Ronald D. Moore's production as you possibly can!! His production has already been COLLAPSING underneath all of that weight, hasn't it? You know? With the SHITTY RATINGS Ronald D. Moore's production has been gettiing in both England and the U.S., I guess we can chuck this CONDITIONAL RENEWAL FOR A SECOND SEASON up to the abilities of the Universal/Sci-Fi Channel corporation to HOODWINK, CON, BUFFALO, and FLIM-FLAM "Sky One" into financing more of Ronald D. Moore's TRASH.
Tell me something, Universal/Sci-Fi Channel. What would the POLITICAL CONSEQUENCES have been for you if you hadn't PREMATURELY ANNOUNCED a second season? Just how much of your POLITICAL, DIRTY LAUNDRY is tied up in Ronald D. Moore's production anyway? From all physical appearances, we have a MODERATELY SUB-STANDARD television production that SUFFERS from BAD WRITING, NOVICE PRODUCING, LAUGHABLE RATINGS, and the INABLITY to generate conversation around water coolers. This production is strictly a POLITICAL ANIMAL for you, isn't it? The most vile hunk of DREK ever produced that for some reason, Universal executives have MADE LOVE to it over the Internet for the past three years. This production HAS NO AUDIENCE. Just Universal executives PRETENDING TO BE FANS over the Internet. This production certainly wasn't renewed for genuine ratings achievements, or because it even gave the remote impression of being a quality production.
I love your press releases, Universal/Sci-Fi Channel. I really do!! Because in all instances, your press releases don't even reveal a fraction of the total truth that you DISHONEST FOLKS routinely HIDE on a daily basis. Aside from the fact that this is nothing more than a CONDITIONAL RENEWAL, there are OTHER PROBLEMS behind the scenes with Ronald D. Moore's production, aren't there Universal/Sci-Fi Channel? Problems so severe, that even if genuine record ratings were achived (  ), you would still WANT TO KILL THE DAMN THING ANYWAY, right? I'm going to read between the lines and say that Ronald D. Moore's production IS CLOSER TO DEATH than you will ever reveal on the Internet. That for various reasons (wink, wink), that your corporation is unwilling to share, Ronald D. Moore's production has been MORE TROUBLE FOR YOU than you ever could have anticipated.
We're at the MAGIC HOUR for Ronald D. Moore's production, aren't we Universal? Where the scaling back of your MASSIVE, PROPAGANDA LACED, PUBLICITY MACHINE must now occur; and the ability of Ronald D. Moore's production to stand up on its own two feet must now be tested. And you have your doubts, don't you Universal/Sci-Fi Channel? Doubts from early observations about the viable longevity of Ronald D. Moore's production. What I know for a fact, is that the CANCELLATION of "Star Trek: Enterprise" signaled the end of the love affair between you HACK EXECUTIVES at Universal/Sci-Fi Channel, and the former "Star Trek" staff writers YOU WERE COURTING. Former "Star Trek" staff writers are no longer looked upon by you HACK EXECUTIVES at Universal as being the pre-eminent authorities on televised Science fiction. Of course, you IDIOTS are so buried up to your necks in contractual obligations to Ronald D. Moore, THERE IS NO TURNING BACK NOW, IS THERE? All you can do is RIDE THE CONTRACTS OUT, and when its all DEAD AND DONE, you can show Ronald D. Moore THE DOOR.
By all means, Universal/Sci-Fi Channel. Prematurely announce a second season, and if the ratings finally stop DROPPING in the manner in which they have, maybe you could order four more episodes. Lord knows that if you HACK EXECUTIVES were going by the ACTUAL RATINGS you are seeing and KEEP OFF-LINE, you wouldn't even have announced this CONDITIONAL SECOND SEASON. I think it's time for all of you HACK EXECUTIVES at the Universal/Sci-Fi Channel to stop conducting business DISHONESTLY with your FRONT LOADED POLITICAL AGENDAS, and start running the Sci-Fi Channel NORMALLY with strictly HONEST DECIPHERING of the ratings your SHIT PROGRAMS are getting.
