Life could be this beautiful without NBC-TV in it.

It is a feud as old as the "Hatfields & McCoys", "Democracy vs Communism"-(One guess as to which one Universal Studios is), "Aliens vs. Predators", "Rambo vs. The Establishment", "Rocky vs. Apollo Creed." It is the well known battle of wills between Universal Studios and the general public. As we all know, Universal Studios has constructed its entire corporate infrastructure around the concept of fighting the public's wishes at every turn. It's an EGO thing with Universal Studios:
Universal Studios: "We'll still make a shit load of money if we continue to strive to do the exact oppositie of what the public wants at every turn."
Universal Studios has paid a dear price for this attitude. Their "Trekkie Star: Galactica" production, after years of aggressive marketing on the Internet, has been reduced to a "1.98 HUNK OF JUNK" by the general public. WE HAVE WON. Like the character of "Steve Austin" from "The Six Million Dollar Man", Ronald D. Moore's production....."IS BARELY ALIVE"......
Universal Studios hasn't just fought the public over the "Battlestar Galactica" property, they also have fought the public from their "DVD Foxhole" as well....Putting out DVD's (one after the other)...that have been DAMAGED in some way....Damaged audio, damaged video, the lack of extras when there should have been extras, not enough extras if there were any at all.
Universal Studios seems to think that they have all of the answers. They think that the key to financial success is ignoring the public at every turn. Universal has even taken it one step further by FIGHTING THE GENERAL PUBLIC AT EVERY TURN. The Internet has been the favorite tool of Universal Studios to demonstrate this COWARDICE of theirs. What started out as Galactica fans merely expressing their desire to see a "Galactica" continuation production, was WARPED by Universal Studios into a DERANGED & PSYCHOTIC, COTTAGE INDUSTRY of "Anti-Galactica Agendas" when Universal Studios began ARGUING with the general public on the Internet over their desire to NOT DO A "GALACTICA" CONTINUATION.
I don't think Universal Studios has been PUNISHED ENOUGH yet for this CRIME of theirs. They haven't LOST ENOUGH MONEY YET from Ronald D. Moore's production. Moore's production hasn't BROKEN UNIVERSAL'S FINANCIAL BACK enough yet. Ronald D. Moore's production hasn't been SCORNED ENOUGH YET by the general public. Ronald D. Moore hasn't yet experienced enough humiliation as when his production will be entered in many media books as being the most HIGHLY DERIVATIVE, UNIMAGINATIVE, and most POORLY PRODUCED pile of DREK ever seen on television.
The WAR between Universal Studios and the general public CONTINUES.....So far.....WE ARE WINNING!!!
