Life could be this beautiful without NBC-TV in it.

Ronald D. Moore has solidified his reputation of being the most notorious plagiarist who has ever worked in television.Aside from everything else he has RIPPED OFF in his television production (up to and including the title "Battlestar Galactica"), Ronald D. Moore has also RIPPED OFF "The Thing."
"The Thing" is one of my favorite John Carpenter movies. This movie of course, was based on an earlier movie made in the 1950's, which was based on a novel called "Who Goes There?" In "The Thing", an alien organism is able to shape shift and assume the identity of any person it so chooses. The paranoia of the story comes from the other characters suspecting one another of being the alien organism in disguise. What are we seeing now in Ronald D. Moore's CRAPPY ASS tv series? Everyone is suspecting one another of being a "Cylon" in disguise. Ronald D. Moore's "Rips" and "Swipes" from other tv shows and movies have become so tiresome and predictable, it's pretty much a given that Ronald D. Moore is psychologically incapable of expressing anything that resembles an original idea. Most likely, Ronald D. Moore is banking the farm on the ludicrous assumption that no one will remember these other movies and tv shows he is RIPPING OFF. Ronald D. Moore is WRONG.
Ronald D. Moore's production is a SAD and PATHETIC "Flea Market" of SIPHONED OFF ideas that we have seen THOUSANDS OF TIMES before. John Carpenter's remake of "The Thing" is only 20 something years old. The novel it was based on is a Science Fiction CLASSIC. Does Moore think that the attention spans of the public nowadays doesn't go any further back than five years? If he does, he would be well advised to GET THE HELL OUT OF TELEVISION and choose a career where NO IMAGINATION IS REQUIRED. Oooops, I forgot!! Ronald D. Moore is already in a career where NO IMAGINATION IS REQUIRED.
I'm waiting for Moore's versions of the "Cylons", which were originally based on the SLUT "Seven of Nine" in "Star Trek: Voyager", to begin mutating into SLIMY ORGANISMS just like in John Carpenter's "Thing" movie. "Been there, done that".....Ronny, boy!! I'll stick with John Carpenter's version of "The Thing." And for God's sake Ronny, boy!! STOP RIPPING OFF "The Thing!!"
